We have 3 deadlines for each event, early bird, on time and final. Any entries after the final deadline will not be excepted. All entries will need to be paid in full at the same time as the entry form is submitted. Failure to pay will result in the higher price being charged or a late fee being added to your final bill.
We prefer payment via bacs however we will also except 1 cheque per programme.

All payments must be cleared by final deadline to be scheduled into the running order.
All payments after the on time deadline are non refundable (inc Individual payments).
Returned cheques will incur a £25 admin fee.
Spectator tickets are non refundable but these are transferable to other people attending the event.
Hotel reservations, Coach reservations, and any other travel related commitments are programme responsibility and are not related to Cheer City and we will hold no responsibility for any costs which relate to these.
Athlete and Division Changes
Division changes will not be accepted after the final deadline has passed.
Athlete subsitutions will need to be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to add the orginal athlete, division and the replacing atheletes name and D.O.B
Athletes subject to illness and injury on the day which are subsituted please provide the same information in writing to the judges table.
We allow photos and videos to be taken at our events without the use of a flash. We do however reserve the right to request inspection of images on any camera for any reason, including our child protection policy.
Shall any audience member witnedd another person photographing athletes or anyone in any questionable format that is potentially un related to normal practices in capturing memories of the day, there is an obligation to report any threat to any member of staff.
Upon inspection of photos in a questionable scenario, if any are deemed inappropriate, outside of the scope of the sport, a threat to health and safety, or a potential violation of the child protection policy at the sole discretion of the Head of Security or the Event Manager, the photos will be immediately deleted. We reserve the right to simply ask that the camera be put away for the remainder of the event, and we also reserve the right to remove the person from the event entirely, or to call authorities in extreme situations.
All wristbands (athletes and spectators) will be posted out 1st class signed for post 7-10 days before the event to the address on the registration pack.
Cheer City is a family event and under no circumstances will allow alcohol to be brought into the competition arena and if alcohol is found by any member of staff the person/persons will immediately be asked to leave the arena. A detailed report will be noted and passed on to the relevant club head coaches.
