Corona Virus Update
If you have entered any of our events that have been postponed you can transfer over your entry and spectator tickets as a credit note for that amount to any of our 2020/2021 events. (These events have remained the same price for 2020/2021 season) This is our preferred option and really appreciate your support to Cheer City for next season if you choose this option.
We will also be offering as a thank you to the teams who transfer in full to 2020/2021 season a fundraising pack (Some of our stock items, Discounts and tickets for future events) we can send this out to you to help fundraise in whichever way you wish to. Also teams transferring in full will be entered into a prize draw to win a credit note of £250 with Cheer City which can be used against team entries or spectator tickets, or even team Cheer City t shirts.
If this is something that isn’t possible and you would like a refund either full or part refund (please use this as a last resort if you have no other options) please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund form to fill in. These will then be looked at then processed.
We as cheer city want to make it fair on everyone and support the cheerleading community in this uncertain and difficult time.
Individual Spectator tickets brought from online.
These are also transferable to any event for 2020/2021. If you wish not to transfer then a refund will be given please contact email@example.com
Car Parking is all done direct through the arena and they have agreed the same to either transfer to a future event or refund, however you would need to contact Leicester Arena directly for this.
